Early in Big Ten play, when Miles Bridges was still out of the lineup and Michigan State was very much finding its way, Cassius Winston showed everyone how high his ceiling is. In a Dec. 30 win over Northwestern, the freshman point guard delivered some electric moments while scoring 15 points. He seemed to operate at a different speed, slicing right and left through the defense. A consummate distributor, he handed out six assists along the way. That was five games ago.
