This week in Michigan State recruiting: Plenty of visitors as final open period begins
The snow around mid-Michigan has melted, just in time for a host of football prospects to make their way to East Lansing from around the country. Thursday officially marked the beginning of the final open recruiting period before Class of 2017 signs letters of intent on Feb. 1. That means prospects have three weekends left, starting with this one, to make campus visits.
