Neil’s Notebook: Spartans Looking for Turnaround at Penn State
For sure, Ed Minney’s first career start as a Michigan State goaltender was anything but memorable. It was at Penn State last season – on Dec. 5, 2016. Minney, a sophomore in 2015-16, gave up two goals before the game was four minutes old – at 2:50 and 3:50 – and another late in the first period.
