Michigan State prepared Cook for heat of NFL debut
Connor Cook played in his share of big games at Michigan State, and the rookie quarterback is hoping that has put him in the right position this week.Of course, it’s not clear if anything can prepare Cook for what he’s about to do — start for the Oakland Raiders in their playoff game against the Houston Texans on Saturday afternoon. That, in itself, isn’t the biggest thing. What is, of course, is the fact it will be the first start of Cook’s career.
