Tonight marks the return of Miles Bridges after missing seven games over more than a month with a high-ankle sprain. The Spartans’ freshman star will come off the bench against Rutgers as MSU begins to reintegrate its leading scorer and rebounder. Bridges averaged 16.8 points and 8.8 rebounds through the Spartans’ first eight games. He is returning to a different team dynamic than the one he left, a better team, but one that’s been taken over by two of his classmates — big man Nick Ward and point guard Cassius Winston.
