Reinstated. One simple word has generated a lot of confusion at Michigan State. For the past month, media outlets have used "reinstated" to describe the status of suspended players who were supposedly back with the team after the Jan. 2 Alamo Bowl. And for the past month, some members (including this one) have been told by MSU officials that "reinstated" was an inaccurate word.
