Throughout the free, open practice, MSU cheerleaders led the crowd in chanting quotes -- "Go Green. Go State" and "Let's Go State" -- as fans took pictures of the action. The MSU mascot and band also entertained the crowd with the school song and other tunes. The crowd roared as players dunked basketballs toward the end of the practice. When the practice started, fans welcomed Michigan State University men's basketball team to the floor with thunderous applause.
