Junior Sara Kroll was named the Big Ten Cross Country Athlete of the Year, as announced by the league office on Tuesday, Oct. 30. The 2012 Big Ten Championship winner, Kroll ran a personal-best 20:12 in the women's 6,000-meter race on Sunday at Forest Akers East Golf Course.
