livingstondaily.com —  Leave it to Michigan State coach Tom Izzo to find fault in a 40-point win. In their season opener Sunday, the No. 6-ranked Spartans dismantled visiting Idaho 100-62 with a full-court press, a solid running game and loads of depth. Raymar Morgan and Chris Allen each scored 21 points to pace Michigan State (1-0), and point guard Kalin Lucas had 13 points, nine assists and no turnovers. While Izzo had plenty of good things to say about his team following the game, he was sure to point out — as any good coach would — where the Spartans need to improve.
