The 18th-ranked Michigan State women's golf team took fifth place at the Central District Invitational after carding a team score of 302 in Tuesday's final round. The Spartans, who hosted the 15-team tournament at the River Wilderness Country Club, finished at 903 (304-297-302) for the tournament. No. 9 Auburn finished in first with a score of 882 (284-295-303).
