After more than six weeks of training, Michigan State quarterback Brian Hoyer believes his stock is rising for April's NFL Draft. Tuesday marked Hoyer's final workout at Test Sports Performance in New Jersey before his NFL Combine workout Sunday in Indianapolis. "I feel like I have one of the top arms," Hoyer said. "A lot of teams are looking for quarterbacks." Hoyer said he's spoken with representatives of about 20 teams.
