Incoming Michigan State football recruits Chris Norman and Micajah Reynolds helped Team USA to the Junior World Championships gold medal Sunday, in a 41-3 rout of Canada. Norman, an outside linebacker, was named to the tournament's all-defensive first team. The State Journal caught up with Norman as he headed home to Detroit from Canton, Ohio. The former Detroit Renaissance linebacker was the first high-profile recruit to commit to MSU's 2009 class, and he is expected to compete for playing time when fall camp opens next month.
