Michigan State senior right-hander Kurt Wunderlich has been named the Big Ten Pitcher of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday. Taking the mound at McLane Baseball Stadium for the final time, Wunderlich pitched his best career game as a Spartan, throwing his first complete game shutout as Michigan State defeated Northwestern, 3-0, on Thursday, May 19.
