While Ringer hopes to make the most of the final year on his four-year rookie contract, former Spartan defensive tackle Jerel Worthy could have an immediate impact in his rookie season this fall. A second-round draft pick of the Green Bay Packers and 51st overall, Worthy said he received positive feedback during organized team activities and mini-camps in May and June.
