As always, Pat Narduzzi will mix some 3-4 in there, 3-3-5, some 2-4-5, anything you can possibly imagine. Maybe we’ll even get to the point where it’s a 60-40 split between 4-3 and other formations. But let’s just say I will be shocked if you open up a game program in the next five years and see Michigan State’s base defense listed as a 3-4.
