Michigan State coach Tom Izzo will try to get by Connecticut on Saturday at Ford Field with a little help from his friends. Izzo used advice from Indiana coach Tom Crean , a former Spartans assistant, to help beat Louisville on Sunday. "I'll be talking to a few Big Ten guys, sure," Izzo said during a conference call Monday. "Hopefully, I'll be able to get a little help."
