When Keshawn Martin signed a national letter of intent to play for Michigan State last winter, his position was listed as "athlete." Martin, a true freshman, showed exactly what that term means last Saturday when he caught two passes for 10 yards from the flanker position, had one rush for 25 yards on a reverse, completed a pass on a throw-back to quarterback Brian Hoyer and returned three punts for 7 yards against Michigan.
