The Michigan State softball team (3-2) used a four-run third inning to power itself past Wright State (1-2) in the opening game of the LaQuinta Inn and Suites Tournament Friday morning on the campus of USF. MSU downed Wright State, 10-2, in a run-ruled six-inning game.
