After putting on the full court press in more ways than one this weekend, Michigan State got what they wanted, a verbal commitment from Orchard Lake St. Mary's star Dion Sims. Sims, 6-foot-8, 235-pounds, plays defensive end and tight end for the Eaglets, while also starring on the basketball court as one of the top candidates for the Hal Schram Mr. Basketball award as the top player in the state.
