Former Michigan State receiver Blair White will try to make his case he belongs in the NFL when he performs at the league's scouting combine, which starts today in Indianapolis. White, an All-Big Ten performer his senior year, led the Spartans with 70 catches, 980 yards and nine touchdowns last season.
