Michigan State senior swimmer Adam Schmitt has been named the Big Ten Swimmer of the Week after setting a pool record last Friday against Oakland. Schmitt won both sprint freestyles and swam the lead leg of the 400 free relay to lead the Michigan State swimming team to a 144-99 win over Oakland.
