Michigan State gymnastics celebrated both Alumni and Senior Night as it hosted Michigan on Saturday at Jenison Field House. Although MSU posted their highest floor score of the season, the Spartans fell to No. 3 Michigan, 197.300-194.875.

Michigan State gymnastics will host in-state rival No. 3 Michigan on Saturday, March 2, at 4 p.m. for its final home dual of the season. Last weekend, the Spartans recorded a season-high all-around score of 196.000 despite falling to Penn State on the road.

After a disappointing 193.45 in Denver last weekend, head coach Kathie Klages said a team score of at least 196 will be required to get above the 36-team threshold to make it to the next round.
