Michigan State should easily be able to survive the loss of Draymond Green which is now being termed as “day-to-day.” After all, this is a loaded roster full of great athletes who are a big reason the Spartans were a Top 10 team prior to their loss to Illinois on Tuesday night. But survival is only part of the equation.
