Bucciferro threw a five-hit, complete game shutout and struck out nine batters, one shy of his career high, to lead Michigan State past Iowa, 6-0, on Friday, May 11 at McLane Baseball Stadium.

MSU ended its 2012 campaign losing 26 of its last 27 contests and finished the season winless in Big Ten competition.
