In two close matches, the Michigan State women's tennis team (5-1) came out victorious in its only doubleheader of the season. The Spartans edged Bowling Green, 4-3 and topped Toledo, 5-2. The No. 1 doubles pairing of juniors Nicole Herzog and Michaela Silesova went 2-0 on the day. Also, sophomore Katarina Lingl and freshman Julianne Gruber went undefeated in singles against both BGSU and Toledo.
