Some sick little kids got some very special visitors Wednesday but they weren't wearing red and white, they were wearing green and white. About a dozen Spartan athletes from various sports played Santa for the kids at Sparrow Hospital. They handed out a bunch of MSU gear plus toys and gifts donated by Meijer.

The Spartans lead the Nittany Lions in the 18th annual MSU-PSU Blood Challenge, a race to collect blood for the American Red Cross.
