Playing at the par 71 7,301-yard Cypress Creek Course, the Nittany Lions finished the round with a 362, while the Spartans ended with a one-round score of 377.

The Spartans, who went 2-1 in their opening round matches, represented the Big Ten East Division in the championship where they tied the representative from the West, Purdue, 3-3.
