As announced by the National Association of Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches/Women (NACGC/W), the Michigan State gymnastics program was recognized for having the eighth-highest grade point average (GPA) in the nation this year with a 3.5494 composite team mark. In addition, nine Spartan gymnasts were named Scholar All-Americans for having a GPA of 3.5 or better during the 2010-11 academic year.
